Return and Exchange Policy

At Minoo’s Boutique, we are committed to delivering high-quality Pakistani designer clothes and jewelry. We aim to provide exceptional customer satisfaction, offering a Conditional Exchange or Refund for issues related to product defects, damage, or incorrect orders.

Important Note:

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear screenshots of the product showing the issue (e.g., wrong product, damage, or defect). You must also inform the delivery person of the issue at the time of delivery.

     

  • For jewelry products, any defects or damages must be reported immediately at the time of delivery inspection. Failure to report defects or damages at that time will result in the refusal of any return or exchange for jewelry products.

     

  • If the issue is not reported within the specified time frame or without the required screenshots, we will not be able to process the return or exchange.

     

1. Eligibility for Exchange or Return

You may be eligible for an exchange or return if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

     

  • The wrong product or size was delivered.

     

  • The product is missing parts (e.g., accessories or components).

For Jewelry Products:

  • Defects or damages must be reported immediately at the time of delivery inspection. If not reported at that time, no return or exchange will be accepted for jewelry items.

     

2. Non-Eligibility for Exchange or Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Special Discounts or Promotional Items: Products purchased with special discounts or promotions.

     

  • Unstitched Products: Unstitched items that have been altered (e.g., stitched, embroidered).

     

  • Worn, Washed, or Damaged Items: Products that have been washed, worn, or damaged in any way.

     

  • Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during sales or with discounts.

     

  • Missing Tags or Receipts: Items returned without original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.

     

3. Refund Policy

If the item qualifies for a return or exchange, the following options will be provided:

  • Exchange: We will replace the product if it meets the criteria for exchange, subject to availability.
  • Product Unavailability: If the exact product is unavailable, an exchange will be offered for an item of equivalent value within the same price range.
  • Refund: If an exchange is not suitable, a refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Refunds will only be processed if the item meets the eligibility criteria as outlined above.

4. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Screenshots clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product (if applicable).

5. Final Notes

  • Jewelry: Defects or damages must be reported immediately during delivery inspection for jewelry products.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to return goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
